OUR LATEST OBSESSION - THE PERFECT POLISHED CONCRETE ALTERNATIVE.

The beauty of MicroQuartz Coarse executed in a two-tone technique with a polished finish is breathtaking. It is hard to believe that microcement can look this good. We like to think this is the new normal. Cloudy patterns of texture with two complementing colours perfectly blending together. A sheen that is achieved through the process of diamond polishing, without glossy sealers, provides the natural aesthetic of polished concrete. This finish makes a perfect light-weight alternative, which can be installed on top of existing concrete slab, old tile or plywood subfloor. Fully customizable colour and texture and complete control over aggregate.

‘COARSE’

  • COARSE is largest aggregate in our line with visible stone speckle showing in the finish. Natural colour variation is always present in this finish type.

  • High-traffic residential and commercial floors, wet and decorative walls/ceilings, showers and bathrooms, steam showers, countertops, millwork.

‘MEDIUM’

  • MEDIUM is a more delicate aggregate in our line with a minimal amount of very fine stone speckle showing in the finish. A monochromatic look as we as a cloudy colour variation can be achieved with particular application techniques.

  • High-traffic residential and commercial floors, wet and decorative walls/ceilings, showers and bathrooms, steam showers, countertops, millwork.

  • Limitless colour options - can be matched to any major paint supplier.

‘SMOOTH’

  • SMOOTH is finest aggregate in our line with no visible stone speckle showing in the finish. Colour variation can be controlled in this finish type with particular application techniques. Flat technique will have minimal colour variation.

  • Wet and decorative walls/ceilings, showers and bathrooms, steam showers, countertops, millwork.

  • Limitless colour options - can be matched to any major paint supplier.

‘RUSTIC’

  • Rock Plaster is a versatile, highly water resistant coating, which is suitable for all wall and ceiling applications. Commonly specified for bathrooms, wet rooms and walls in both residential and commercial environments.

    RUSTIC is largest aggregate in our line with visible stone speckle showing in the finish. Natural colour variation is always present in this finish type.

    More variation/movement/clouds can be achieve through wet-on-wet or water-compressed application.

    Less variation (the monochromatic look) is possible with a particular application technique.

  • Decorative and wet walls/ceilings, select shower and bathroom walls, select furniture, millwork.

    The product is still waterproof before sealer but has a softer composition that MicroQuartz. The softness has wonderful acoustic benefits but does allow the product to be applied on floors or countertops.

    No floors, no countertops.

  • Decorative walls/ceilings.

    The product is still waterproof before sealer but is comprised of very fine aggregate. The softness has wonderful acoustic benefits but does allow the product to be applied on floors or countertops.
